Boarding

Comprehensive Care.
Lions’ Bridge Stables has a limited number of stalls available. Fantastic care and a great lesson and training program are part of our basic board package. For serious competitors or the rider who wants great care and instruction without working around a riding school.

Showing

Lions’ Bridge Stables has a comprehensive program for the serious Silver level competitor with a long history of successful clients at all levels.

All lessons/training rides from an experienced coach on a flexible schedule
Individualized feed program
Individual or group turn out
Coordinated vet and farrier visits
In-house clipping/braiding services available and arranged at your request
Rehab care/first aid provided as needed
Daily night check and feed
Boot for turnout (additional fees may apply)

Blanket changes with weather changes (additional fees may apply)
Supplements fed when provided by owner
80′ x 180′ indoor arena with viewing room, and 100′ x 200′ outdoor sand ring
Hacking on property
Hot and cold water wash stalls and separate grooming stalls
Heated tack/feed/wash rooms
Coach/owner lives on site.

We are located just outside Ayr: 40 minutes from Guelph and 30 minutes from the Waterloo Universities.

We treat every horse like our own for worry-free boarding in a supportive environment.

The Facilities

Renovated and insulated barn
28 large box stalls with rubber mats
2 large wash stalls with hot and cold water
4 large grooming stalls
Tack room with private tack cupboards
Large indoor arena with a heated viewing room
Large sand ring with covered seating area
Large and small paddocks available for group and individual turnout

Additional Services

Flexible boarding packages can be arranged to include private or group lessons (max 4 people per group).

Basic training board includes:

8 group lessons per month
Schooling rides by Jen Sweet can be incorporated into your program or added on as needed
Full training board available for advancing your horse’s skills or for sales horses
Clipping and trimming services available in-house
As a service to our clients, we complete show entries, book horse show stalls, and close out horse show accounts on your behalf.
In addition, we coordinate all trailering and arrange for braiding and grooming services as required to maximize your showing experience.
Horse show coaching and riding (both warm up and in ring) are provided at Angelstone Silver shows.
